Bio:
Jackson has been in the real estate industry for 17 years. He began his career onsite at a student housing property while pursuing his accounting degree. Over the past 17 years Jackson has been a leasing agent, bookkeeper, accountant, Property Manager and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for IMS Development, a multifamily real estate firm, where he is responsible for development and management of new apartment communities.
Jackson has also been an integral part of the development and construction of multiple apartment communities and condominiums. His duties have included creating pro-formas, budgets, and loan packages. Additionally, he has been heavily involved in construction administration and supervision.
Jackson is a 1998 graduate of the University of Alabama where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and served as the President for the Alabama chapter of IREM. Jackson also served on the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association Board of Directors. Jackson is a member of the Alabama Center for Real Estate’s Leadership Council located at the University of Alabama.
